Paulina at Torgsyn is amazing... She can help you find gorgeous antique jewelry for any special occasion, at an incredible price. My fiance and I went in looking for an engagement ring, and Paulina helped us find the PERFECT one!

Since it was our first time shopping around, we weren't ready to purchase. No problem - she wasn't pushy at all, and held it for us for over a week while we made up our minds. Paulina gave us an amazing price, re-sized it, provided all the appraisal papers, and even gave us free jewelery cleaner to keep it looking sparkly.

After a week or two, I needed to find a way to keep the ring from turning around on my finger... Paulina sautered on two little platinum beads on the inner band to keep it from moving around... Again at no cost. This is a top-notch place and not to be missed if you're on the hunt for great jewelry.

This store is truly one of the hidden gems of San Francisco. Located right in the heart of the richmond district, I came here on a recommendation from a friend and could not have been happier with my experience. The pieces they have here are unique, not something that you are going to find at zales or some other chain store. That said, they are incredible! And if you want something that looks like its from zales, they can help you find it and can order it for you for less than you would be able to find elsewhere. They can even design and order custom one of a kind pieces. Polina (the owner of the store) is honest, friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgable about all different types of jewelry and antiques. Her advice was invaluable while picking out earrings and a necklace for my girlfriend.

With the busiest shopping month of the year upon us, this place is a MUST SEE this holiday season. Your girlfriends, fiancees, and wives will not be disappointed.

This place is awesome. Polina knew what she was talking about and was super helpful. The jewelry that they have is not the run of the mill stuff that you can get from Kay Jewelers. They have incredible antique pieces that are one of kind. If you want something different, you should check out this place for sure.

has sooo many pretty sparkly items.the lady was so sweet & helpful.mos def a little out of my price range but it has so many dreamy items.

This is a great place - unusually beautiful designs, reasonable prices and Polina, the owner, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have convenient hours and always have time for each customer.

I've bought jewelry from them for over six years now, and it's a joy to come back every time.
