Beautiful French Carriage Clock

This beautiful old French Carriage Clock is in very nice condition. It has a beautiful pendulum, hand painted ivory and it is signed with what appears to be the name SEGER. The pendulum has 28 small rhinestones and 2 large rhinestones circling the beautiful hand painted Victorian Lady. She has beautiful ivory skin and her gown is off the shoulder on one side. The pendulum measures 2 1/8" x 2 1/8". The whole length of the pendulum including the stem is 6". The top of the clock has brass beading all the way around it and underneath that there is a scrollwork enameled design with turquoise, dark blue, burgundy, pink and white. All 4 sides of the clock box have beveled glass. The clock sits on a base of brass and another set of brass beading all the way around the clock. The total clock measures 5 1/4" across, 10 1/4" high and 4 1/4" deep. There are 60 rhinestones around the face of the clock. The face is 4" around
